Is it possible to stay at the Beach Club Villas with being a DVC member? And if so what are the odds of getting a studio next July?

If you're asking if you can stay at BCV even though you're not a member of DVC, yes. You can make cash ressies there, but they're usually not discounted and may have limited availability because DVC members get first choice. You can also rent points from a DVC member (which is what I did). This is considerably less than cash ressies.
