Beach Club Villas or Boardwalk Villas?

I have yet another decision to make. This time I have to commit to a decision within the next day. I am renting DVC points for the week of October 27th (my birthday). I have been on a waitlist for Boardwalk for the past few months. The seven month window just opened up for ressies at the other DVC resorts and they were able to get me the week at the Beach Club. How awesome is that. Just two days later, they got a call that there is availability at the Boardwalk. Now I don't know what to do. I have done BWV before and have never stayed at Yacht and Beach. I know that they are both awesome so either way I cannot go wrong. I am leaning toward Boardwalk because we are planning on attending their Halloween party...but leaning toward Beach Club because of SAB. What do I do???? I am putting it in your hands.

I think I would jump at the chance to stay at Beach Club. We just did an add on there (own at BWV). We can't wait to try the BCV.

Seems like you could attend the BWV Halloween party if you stay at BCV, don't you think?

But SAB might not be available to you if you stay at BWV.

Since you've stayed at BWV before, I'd go with BCV.

We recently changed our Oct. (preferred view) reservations from BWV to BCV because we couldn't get a std. view room at BWV (!!!).
We decided we might as well use the preferred view points at a new resort! And since that trip will mostly be spent at the pool, what better pool to spend it at but SAB?
