Sleeping four in a one bedroom at the Beach Club Villa, does Disney offer a rollaway single for the 1 bedrooms or do I have to have both kids on the pull out couch?

No roll-aways at any DVC resort, pack-n-plays for the little ones.

Nope, they'd have to share the pull-out. Or you could bring along an air mattress and bedding.

That's why we haven't stayed at BCV, although I'd love to. We will probably stick to resorts that have the extra sleeper chair (OKW, AKV, BLT) so DS and DD don't have to share. Some day maybe we'll spring for a 2bdrm at BCV.

Our kids are boy/girl (ages 9 and 7) and won't share a bed, either. Easy solution- I bought an aerobed twin air mattress on Amazon (80 bucks- not a bad deal). Although we still prefer our home of BLT with the chair bed, now we can stay at BWV or BCV in a 1 BR without the kids killing each other. :)

I just stayed at the boardwalk two nights ago. Five in a one bed room. I didnt know they didnt have the sleep chair like AKV. I called the front desk and got a huge air mattress. It cost 15.00 but was worth the points I saved not booking a two bedroom

You were very lucky. That is not the normal response.

1 BRS at bwv are only supposed to sleep four plus one child under three

They let me book with five, knowing the ages of my kids. I assumed it was like the AKL where 1 bedrooms sleep 5. I wasn't trying to pull one over on them so I am not sure why they let me book with five. It was one night and all ended well for me so I am happy.

Currently they will let you book five in a one bedroom at BWV, but not five plus one under the age of three. So you can have a fifth person, but they do not provide whatever that fifth person needs, like bedding, a place to sleep, towel, etc.

VWL, BCV, SSR (as well as BWV) also only have sleeping spaces for four, not five. No sleeper chair in those one and two bedroom villas.

we've put a twin aerobed in a rolling carry-on, along with sheet set (fit perfectly, aerobed inflates & deflates in literally seconds with built-in pump, incredibly comfortable - one of the best buys we've ever made:thumbsup2).
we had 4 ppl (DH, self, DD & DS - both teens) in a 1bdrm, and the aerobed worked perfectly (DS loved it!)

since everyone wanted to stay at the BWVs exclusively, and a 2bdrm was overkill, this solution worked perfectly for us:goodvibes

We took the mattress off the pullout sofa, put it on the floor and folded the couch back up. One on the couch and one on the floor. We did put everything back together before checkout.

Lots of the sleeper sofas have the platform style mattress that really can't be removed from the bed. And some have cushions that are not supposed to be removed because they support the foot of the bed when opened.

We were at BCV in a studio and 1 BR and had no problems at either. We made sure it wasn't going to damage anything.
