I currently have a 1 bedroom reserved at BCV for 6 nights with check-in on Monday 12/16 and check-out on Sunday 12/22. I am also currently on the wait list for Sunday 12/15. I am looking to sell this at $10 per point (firm). As it now stands, this reservation requires 190 points total (24 X 4 nights, plus 47 X 2 nights). Total cost is $1900. Disney rents this same room during this time period for $2660 + $292.60 tax for a total of $2952.60. I may be willing to delete a weekend day off the end for a savings of $470.
