How has customer service been at the Beach Club as of late?

We know a couple families that just returned and another there now. All 3 have had glowing things to say about the resort and staff.

How has customer service been at the Beach Club as of late?

We stayed at the Beach Club in May and the staff could not have been friendlier. We were greeted and asked how our trip was going by several different staff members. It was really nice. And we had called to have the clothesline repaired in our room and the maintenance man was there in a few minutes.
