So we just booked a split stay at the grand Floridian and Beach Club both in a studios.
What would you recommended to put in for a room recommendation for at the Beach Club. From my previous responses members have suggested high floor for the grand Floridian.
Thanks all for all your help

Very small DVC with not a lot of views and only five floors. If the pool is your liking then ask for a "pool view". On the other side of "pool view" you'll see trees, the BC and the road for the most part. Two elevators, main lobby and mid resort so if you need elevator access then ask for that.
Our favorite room is on the 4th floor, dedicated studio with a huge balcony. Not much to see except for high EC fireworks but it works for us!

I always request a high floor. I don't like hearing people above me.

I liked the fourth floor. That is where the laundry is.
Not when you only stay in one bedroom villas. Those studios are small.

Basically, there isn't much of a view at BCV. Here is the view we got the last time we stayed there.

Well of course that is where your laundry is. But since she is staying in a studio, hence the fourth floor recommendation.

If you are going soon- beware there is a great big construction (building a bridge) directly behind some villas- the ones that back onto Epcot UK area. Avoid them at all costs, it is a very poor outlook and I hear noisy and smelly. It does not impact the rest of the resort though. As a result, if I was going soon I woud simply say 'Pool or courtyard view' and leave it at that to maximise my chance of avoiding the construction view.
