Anyone stayed at the BC concierge. Last year we did Poly cocierge and I'm worried this time I'll be let down with BC services. can anyone compare the two. Also is the BC very crowded now that villas are open? Is the pool mobbed we will ther 8-9-8-16 I know its hot and crowded in the parks but what about the hotel and pool?

We have stayed twice at BC concierge. We stayed at Easter in April. Because the parks stays open later SWB pool was crowded till about 3pm . There was no where to sit . The pool it self was not that crowded. After 3 pm plenty of chairs. The staff at concierge was great. Very friendly and helpful. I have been told that the food is the same at all concierge's . I do not if that is true. I have asked but have not gotten an answer. BC location is great and my kids love the pool. This Aug. we are trying the YC

Can't help about BC concierge as we've never stayed there. But I can tell you that the food does vary from concierge to concierge. The only two we've tried are the Polynesian and GF Sugar Loaf. Breakfast was similar but the rest of the day was very different.

We've stayed at BCV a number of times now and don't find any difference in the feeling of the hotel since BCV opened.
