Does anyone know what the price per point through Disney for a purchase at Beach Club is?

BCV is $104/point through the end of the day today. There is a price increase for at least some of the DVC resorts starting tomorrow. I don't know if it applies to BCV.

When it comes to existing resorts, you can get a better price by buying resale.

I think it pays to buy BCV direct. You get all current years points and it's right away...unless they don't have your UY.

I don't totally agree. You can buy a loaded contract resale and save $2000. Granted it takes longer to close, but I would rather have the money.
