It's just like a salad bar and Subway got married --- you tell them what you want in the salad and they put it in! Then they will toss it for you with your choice of dressing which is so much nicer than just pouring dressing over top and calling it a day.

Lots of veggie options, plus protein like egg, chicken, roastbeef, etc.
