Beach Club Marketplace

Pros:
Convienient as soon as you exit the elevator

Cons:
Very very limited food selection
Unfriendly CMs
Small tight space

I was not at all impressed with the marketplace. I prefer the moderate resorts offerings to this.

There was limited seating. Only 4 tables. It is very very loud as the place is very small. The four tables are pushed to one sidfe where others are coming in at the same time to purchase souvenirs. This is not a good system for the shoppers or those trying to eat.

The area where you obtain your drinks is very small and in a tight space as well. If anybody is over there just chatting, there is no room for you to get your drink.

The cast members were not friendly at all. One of the ladies working the register hollared at a man and told him he needed to learn how to use his snack credits before coming up to the register. The CMs serving the food would not smile for anything and if you asked them a question, they acted like you were really bothing them.

The choices for food are very limited. I was very disappointed to see that unless you wanted something soaked in sugar, there was just not a lot you could get to eat. The only thing you could have for breakfast is either powdered donuts or this nasty egg or egg and cheese brick inside of a croissant. This is disappointing as there is no food court/counter service on BC property. Beaches and Cream is table service and Cape May Cafe is as well.


Overall, the Marketplace (and transportation) will keep me from returning to the Beach Club any time too soon. I rate it a C-.

Thanks. I almost put them all in one as not to take up the entire first page but it is much easier to read by separating them out. It also makes them easier to search.

Thanks for your review. I agree about the choice of food and the space, but we did come accross some great CM's there.

The toasted roast beef w brie sandwich was phenominal. Came with a drink and desert which were good too IMO. I didn't even think about eating at the tiny tables since this was out resort. Took it out by the pool where my kids stole half and ate most of my chocolate chip muffin those little turds. The view was very nice and can I just say that Disney Dads are hot?

Yeah, the first time I had the toasted roast beef w/brie it was exceptional. The second time I ordered it, the CM just went in he refrig and handed me a cold one prewrapped. I was totally turned off.

Can't really agree with the DDs being hot. Umm Maybe they were all at the BC this year?
