I think its time to up the dues at this place, very disappointed.

Easy for you to say... you aren't paying them. They are high enough now, that the carpets should be cleaned more thoroughly. We were there last December on the 3rd floor & carpets looked fine.

We just got back at the end of last week, from a 3rd floor BCV stay, and I thought that the carpets were fine.

Maybe certain areas have more wear and tear than others.

We were on the 2nd floor (room #239) last month and I did comment to DH while we were there about how the hallway carpet was not in the best shape.

We were in room 341 2 weeks ago..its a 2 bedroom. We didn't really notice any carpet issues, but, one of our two chairs at the breakfast counter...was a terrible meeting room chair. It didn't remotely match the other nice wooden chair. We ended up putting it in a closet and not using it, but seriously, if a chair broke, whose dumb idea was it to put in an ugly chair that has a metal frame and is meant for a conference room?

That's a shame!! No to hijack your post, but I am leaving on Thursday for my trip and was wondering what the weather has been like, for those of you that are there now. It looks like a lot of rain in the forecast ! When we were there last month not 1 drop! Let me know - bringing poncho's anyway! TIA!
