Beach Club Cost

Can someone tell me how much does it cost for the Beach Club Villas. My family and I are looking for the plan with the least amount of points. We were in Disney in Oct. and almost bought into WLV, but decided to wait for Beach Club to open.

Also, we live in NY and is it true that New Yorkers can't buy into Beach Club yet?

BCV minimum purchase is 150 points @ $75.00/point = $11,250. At the present time, Disney is offering an incentive of $5.00 off per point or a 5 night stay at a deluxe resort . Annual dues are $3.77/point . They will be prorated from July 1 and thereafter due annually in Jan. Not available in New york, but possibility they will honor the price and incentive if you make contact now and NY is not approved before price increase to $80/point June 1. Suggest you call DVC or guide if you talked to one in October.

Thanks for your reply kem330. Do you happen to know if they're offering any financing deals. While we were there in Oct. they offered us a rate, I think of 10 or 11%.

When I spoke to a guide yesterday, she told me the financing available was 50% down, 5.95% for one year or 10 or 20% down and various years - up to 5 years out I think at 10-11%. Hope that helps.

I purchased in February at 10.95% with 20% down and direct debit for 10 years.
