Hey All,

I just booked BC Concierge Deluxe Room - 2 queens, daybed, full balcony waterview. I have stayed at BC concierge before but never a deluxe room and I was wondering if anyone knows where these rooms are on the concierge level. I searched Joe's sight, found the old map, but can't figure out where they are. Thanks in advance

These rooms aren't located on the concierge-level floor. There are just a handful of them and they are scattered about the resort on various floors. You will have concierge level access, however. The rooms are bigger than standard rooms and include a hallway-like entrance area to the room and a small sitting area with a daybed.

:)

We're staying in this room next year. It was difficult to get detailed information on them but I do know the qn. bed rooms are 1557,2557,3557 & 4557. They are corner rooms & the balcony would face the quiet pool & window looks out to crescent lake. They are 573 sq. feet & include concierge.

CRO applied the 2005 AAA rate too!

MickeyMost sent me this great description:

When you walk into the room, there is a little foyer. You then walked in and turned to your right. The sink, bathroom area was on the right and the sliders to the balcony were on the left. The two queens were beyond the bathroom. After the queens was a mini bar/counter and fridge. The television is beyond the sliders across from the bed, with the alcove for the daybed beyond the television. There is also a coffee type table at the alcove and a desk. There are windows above the daybed and also next to the minibar that look out over the lagoon. The balcony was fanominal(sp?). The balcony was really huge and overlooked the quiet pool.

Thanks for the info. Now the question is is it worth it to stay in onof these rooms and not be on the concierge level ?

We have had one of these rooms once as a upgrade but with out
the consig. part - This year we are going again asked for the same room since we have 2 ecv's going and the long hallway is great for storign...the rooms are large and the balcony on ours
was hugh! facing the court yard...our other bal. was a one person
bal. facing the pool....Long walk for the elevator though...
I wonder since we were upgraded if we should of asked about the consig. privliage...but I don't care about that is I get the
room. We leave Nov 18th.

I think its worth it to stay in the deluxe rooms even though there not on the 5th floor. They don't seem that far away to me. Although I wouldn't send my kids alone to grab a bite as I would if we were on the same floor.

I looked at the 4 fl plans. Do you think its too far? (rm 4557)

The single elevator near the deluxe rooms doesn't go to the 5th floor so you would have to walk to the main elevators.

Thanks to yo and everyone else for your input. I just dont know though. My kids ar 8 & 6 and my 8 yo wants to show her independence and go by herself which I dont think I can do. Im going to try to call and perhaps get a reg room on 5th floor just for piece of mind or go bak to poly concierge. thanks I'll let you know what we decide Liz

LOL

We started out at BC then switched to Poly GVCONC now were back to BC.

Very hard to decide on which one isn't it?
