Hi there..we will be staying at BC in a studio from 7/22-7/28.....seriously considering the dining plan and was wondering what are our choices at the BC and BW locations for snacks or counter service for breakfast and lunch...we will be a family of four....2 boys are ages 12 & 7...so one will be on the child's plan and one as an adult.

Will probably stick to quick breakfasts in the room after picking up some groceries, but sometimes want a little more for breakfast....thanks!!!

BCV Market had very good breakfast sandwich thingy's but go early because it appeared they go fast before more are ready. The outside H Hannah's by the pool was also a good lunch snack location. We have AP so the DP at BCV was so good because we concentrated on dinners and EPCOT and BW had endless choices for such a short walk and we could always leave our room 10 minutes before our PS so there is no wasted time time leaving our room "early" enough to be safe waiting for a bus.

We did a lot of late afternoon dinner's so we were not so full at night for a FP ride and night shows. That meant late breakfast or early lunches but worked good for us.

Other good lunches were the Fish and chips at EPCOT-just a 10 minute walk and the outdoor Mexican which was a fairly long walk but we worked it into a Test Track FP. I think the Gyros at Morrocco were available but I didn't check for sure-that would be good.

We were running $350 dinners for 5 of us which of course the DP cost 5 of us $185 and we still had lunch and snacks.

Beaches and cream has good food and will count as a sitdown meal..also the cape May cafe is good but is also a sit down meal...there are a few there. I have found the best way to use the Meal plan is to use your sit down for Dinner...Dinners cost alot.

We ate at Cape May Cafe for there Clam Bake and one breakfast. We ate at the dinner show ..Hoop De Doo Reveiw (was great) at the WL, and also at the Japeenese Restaurant in Epcot that is like Benihannas(sp) and a few other places. If you have not seen the Hoop De Doo review dont miss it it was lots of fun and lots of food and worth the money...Without the DP it is like $50.00 a person and also the Japeneese Restaurant was great also on the DP...We tryed to get the most bang for our bucks!!!

If you need the name of the Japeneese(sp) Rest. Just PM me and I will get you the name. It is one of the most popular so you need to book ASAP.

Have a great trip!!!!!popcorn:: :thumbsup2

The BW Bakery has great snack options as well as CS options (egg sandwiches for breakfast, cold cut sandwiches for lunch (huge! - we actually shared them because they were too large for my mother and I to eat alone), and I believe they even have a fruit/yogurt platter - as far as a CS lunch for the little one the only offered the PB/Jelly uncrustable with chips - but my DD7 LOVES those so we were all set.

Don't forget that you're a quick little stroll from Epcot WS, where there are more CS options. The French Bakery isn't much farther than Boardwalk. Now is Tangerine Cafe. Used DDP at BCV in September, and will again next week. Lots of options.
