Beach Club - Best Rooms?

Hello! I'm planning a trip to the Beach Club in April and was wondering if anyone could give me a room recommendation. We own DVC at Wilderness and have not stayed at Beach Club before. Should I ask for a pool view or lake, what floor is best? We are booking a 1 bedroom villa.

It seems that a lot people enjoy having the EPCOT view. We like the quiet pool view ourselves. We have never had a first floor quiet pool view but I think that would be nice for easy access to the pool.

My family likes to spend a lot of time at the pool. Where are the best rooms that are close to the pool area?

We've only been there once (so far!) but had a 2BR for a few days then a 1BR. Both had Epcot views which was nice but not terrific in my opinion. The first had SSE but also the road. It was 4th floor so noise wasn't a problem. The second was more of the woods and World showcase and 5th floor. That room was closer to the main entrance and main elevator, so more convenient access to the lobby, SAB, etc. We like to be higer up for the view. I've requested Epcot view near the main elevator next time, but thinking of changing to quiet pool view just to try something different.
