Beach Club at 7 months

I managed to book a studio at BC for the end of August right at the 7 month mark. I was so excited. And then the last 6 months happened and right now I’m at home. Not at BCV.

I have gotten it 3 times now (edit to say 4 actually).

Once, several years ago, in Jan for 5 nights in a 2BR. Got it at 7 months.

Then grabbed a studio or 1BR, can't remember, for my in laws at 7 months for Xmas week a couple years ago. That was lucky.

And just 2 nights ago I grabbed a 1BR there for 3 months from now for 3 nights.

Oh, and another time we had a 1BR for 2 nights for F&W. That was by stalking availability much like I did to get this recent one too. It may have been a waitlist...just remember we had SSR booked initially.

I had a 2BR at BWV booked with a waitlist for BCV week of 11/15/20, waitlist came though 3 weeks ago so it is possible. That said it probably happened due to Covid-19 messing up everyones plans and not knowing if the Taste of Food & Wine will still be happening then.

We did book BCV one bedroom last month or early this month for early Oct 2020. But that would never happen during a normal year.

1 beds are not too tough- was there for 5 nights over last Christmas.

We have only booked studios For all of our stays since we bought in 2011 no matter which resort we stayed. We enjoy split stays and have stayed at BCV 3-4 times for 3-4 nights each time. Flexibility has been key for us

Just booked BCVs today for September 15-20 in a one bedroom. Been stalking and today a bunch of availabilty for the rest of the month and next minth showed up. We had BWVs but have stayed there many times so happy for a new resort.

Studio and asking for when things go back to normal.

Studios are harder to book at the smaller resorts at seven months out all the time.

Yes twice. Once for a one bedroom at the end of August. I have a studio booked for Mid March that I didn't book until a few days after the 7 month mark because I completely forgot about it.

Has anyone who has owned elsewhere try and get into the beach club at the 7 month mark? Off season weekdays, is it possible?

Because lots of people are getting BCV with short notice this year, don't plan on that once everything recovers from Covid. This year booking is totally unusual.

i own at BCV and off season - food and wine, weekends are very difficult in a studio in the 11 month window, never mind 7. However, other off season dates are available in 7 month window, but go quickly and beware of walkers.

I have gotten it a few times in the summer for like 3 nights at the 7 month mark, I have also gotten it this year and just last night for March for a few nights, But, I am not sure anything in the next year or two will be predictable.
