Beach Club and OKW Question

Still in the thought process of buying. Love the idea of the 2 bathrooms in a 1 bdrm @ AK but love BC as well.

With the BC DVC rooms, what are their views. I noticed S and P on the Boardwalk points chart but wondered about BC.

Also, with the OKW extension, have they already gone through renovations?

BCV does not have formal view categories but IMO you can think of them in comparison to BWV and in doing so I'd label them as standard with a few pool and garden views. The Renovations have nothing to do with the extension at OKW but I'm not sure where they stand on the renovation. I will point out that one does not necessarily have to own at AKV to get a unit there with the extra bath.

BCV has the best pool, I don't think BC is that great to stay. I would buy at BWV before BCV. OKW has the largest size units and if you were going to book a 2 bedroom OKW is about 400 feet biger than the other resorts.

On another forum I read that OKW renovations began this month. Carpet, upholstry, granite counters, flat screen TVs, twin sleeper in LR, etc.

The BC Bathrooms in the 1br are nice... you have a sink and Garden tub in one room, a shower and sink in another room and the toilet in it's own room.

Buy where you really want to stay!

If it were my money.. I'd go Beach Club.. the pool, the resort.. the location.. it is awesome..
