Beach Club 2 Bedroom Villa Question

We have a dedicated two bedroom booked at the Beach Club Villas. Does anyone know off had how many of this type of room exists there. I have looked at some of the you tube videos and there seams to be a few with very different views. I would prefer not to be on the ground floor, not near an elevator (due to the noise) and to have the most amount of balcony space (I am sure that is what everyone wants)
Any information or suggestions would be fantastic. I do know that requests are always only requests never guarantees (we are very lucky to be going to disney and we will have a great time no matter what room they assign us in the end.)
thanks

If you happen to have a Touring Plans subscription, you can do a "Hotel View" search on their site to see the location of the villas - I don't know if it's 100% accurate, but that's what I use to check locations and to make room requests. I've stayed in a dedicated, 2-bedroom at BCV twice - once on the ground floor (which I didn't think I would like, but I did!) and once on a higher floor facing the pool (which was lovely). For your requests, I would simply list "high floor", "away from elevator", "large balcony". That will give the room assignor enough info to try to fulfill as many of your requests as possible based on availability during your stay.

Thanks !!!
I went to the online check in and the only request you could make was near elevator (darn)

I'm seeing 18 dedicated 2BR per floor, except for the 1st and the 5th.

I'd say you probably want a room ending in 51 or 52 for maximum quiet.

77 and 78 would be quiet on the inside, but they have very ugly parking lot views.

Thanks !!!
Wow 18 per floor that is more than I thought (as far as dvc resorts I always think beach club is one of the smaller ones)

BCV is one of the smaller DVC resorts. It has 78 dedicated 2BR villas and 74 lock off 2BR villas. There are 36 dedicated studios and 20 dedicated 1BR villas. There are no GVs. VGF is smaller but will lose that distinction when the expansion is completed.

If balcony is the priority. Request 2nd floor. With building design that’s where majority is full length. Otherwise is chance of three separated, two, or even one average balcony. Random and fun! Back when a building was built with style.

X52 is closest to the street (Epcot Resorts Blvd) and that building end is the service driveway and activity. X77-X52 are toward that street, EPCOT side, with some tall trees. Most quiet might be Woods side X24-X51. Don’t think any dedicated are directly next to elevator, but many are on ends next to the stairways.

Oh that is good news. The last few times we have stayed there we got studios right next to the elevators and I could hardly sleep

Any suggestions for a 1BR Villa?
One bedrooms in line at X20 and X66 are next to elevator shafts. Haven’t experienced either of them. Some are dedicated villas. Rest have the lock off doors to a studio. All villa sizes on 2nd floor have mostly a full balcony. Last trip we were assigned 448. I enjoyed it. The roadway traffic volume is not too bad. Didn’t hear any of it while indoors. This villa had two smaller balconies. One from living room area and one from bedroom.

Thanks !!!

You would need to call in to place more specific requests on your reservation. Or, subscribe to Touring Plans and you can pick a specific villa to request and then place your more general requests (high floor, away from elevator, large balcony) in the notes - they will send that request to the resort for you.
