Beach Club 2 bedroom, 2 queen beds?

Hi, We are going in March and staying at BWV and BCV. Can anyone tell me if I have to request to get the 2 beds in the extra room? Thanks

Yes,
When you MS, request a 2 Bdr. Dedicated. It is a guaranteed reservation and once they are booked, you will be given a lock off.

There are no studios or second bedrooms at the BWV that have two queen beds.

All the 2 bedrooms at BWV are lock offs. All the studios and second bedrooms have one queen bed and one double size sleep sofa.

There is a separate booking category for the dedicated 2 bedroom units at BCV that have the two queens in thesecond bedroom. AFAIK, it is not a request.

P.S. I think Liferbabe meant to type "you will not be given a lock off". However, some of the dedicated 2 bedroom units at the BCV have one queen and a queen sleep sofa in the second bedroom. Be sure to ask MS to book you a dedicated 2 bedroom with two queen beds if you do not want the sleep sofa.

We have a BCV reservation for next summer for a dedicated with 2 queen beds. It is a separate category, not a request, so it's as "guaranteed" as anything can be at DVC.

I decided to call MS and find out about getting a "dedicated" 2 bedroom. She stated that it was already coded for a dedicated 2 bedroom that the "lock off" was a different code. So I am hoping she is correct. Thanks for your quick replies!

BTW ~ Look at my new ticker, yes we are pregnant with #6. We really need that 2 bedroom now. I am so glad we joined DVC!!!

Oops! I didnt even see BWV in your post.

To clarify my hasty post, BCV has the 2 Bdr 2Queen Dedicated Villas. They are guaranteed and when you call MS you will need to request it specifically.
It should be listed on your confirmation, although some have reported otherwise, it was on mine, and if it is not, I would call MS to confirm.

There are a very limited number of 2 bedroom dedicateds at the BC that have the 2 queens in the second bedroom, so make sure when you book your room you book it then.

I believe all the VWL dedicated 2 bedrooms have the 2 beds in the second bedroom.

Only some of the BCV dedicated 2 bedrooms have the 2 beds, you have to specificallly reserve dedicated with 2 queens (not just dedicated).

We booked a dedicated 2 bedroom at DVC with 2 beds in the second bedroom and were given a room with a sleeper in it at check-in. Nothing else was available, we were told.
