Looking forward to stalking your trip report as I plan mine! And actually train for the race. meh. lol.
Actually training. You made me giggle. If you're anything like me you'll certainly plan to. Can't quite say what comes after that, lol.
It is crazy how popular they are now. The year of the 1st Tink, my girlfriends and I decided during the summer we would try for coast to coast with the Wine and Dine... and yeah there I was in *July*, registering with no problem. I think it was 60% full or something.
(Then we had that dramatic blow-up, wine and dine plans cancelled, sold my bib - face value, I'm no shark - this was back when you could sell a bib fairly easily even though it was frowned upon by RunDisney shhhhh.....)
Look at you, you little rule breaker! I'm so shocked

It definitely grows in popularity each and every year! But I think after this year I shouldn't have much problem registering in the future. My next WDW event will be the WDW full, which shouldn't (in theory) be too hard to get into if I'm ready the day registration opens, and I'm cutting back to just Tink at Disneyland for the foreseeable future and from what I hear they usually start to offer Legacy runners a chance to make sure they get in. I'm hoping that's true, and not just for years down the road. But I would think with next year being the first 'big' anniversary they would want to give everyone who has already put the effort in for Legacy that shot, you know?
