Be our guest without reservations?

This past April, we had BOG reservations for around 9:00 pm and while we were waiting to get in I noticed someone who was able to walk up and get a table.

We are going to WDW the first week of december and there is no hope of getting a be our guest reservation at this point. What do you think the chances are for getting in just by walking up after 9:00 pm ?

Also, without a fastpass- how long might the wait be for lunch on a week-day?

Curious what others may have to say about this, as we are going the last week of February 2014 and there are no reservations available. I'm checking just about every day but nothing.

There's no way of knowing whether you'll be able to get in as a walk up - some have been successful, others have been turned away. You could try either a little before the restaurant stops seating or at the start of the dinner hour.

One thing to keep in mind for the first week in December is the number of nights the MK will be closing at 7:00 for the MVMCP which will limit the number of nights you'll be able to try a late walk up. Unless you have tickets for the party you won't be able to dine at BOG after 7:00.

I would keep checking online everyday to see if a reservation opens up. When someone changes their plans they will cancel since there's a $10 per person charge if they don't so there's always a chance.
