Be Our Guest Lunch

It's been years since we have dined at Be Our Guest and my SIL is asking about dining reservations for this for lunch. They have the Disney Dining Plan. I assume it is a QS credit? Do you make ressies for lunch? When do you pre-order the food for it? What is the lunch procedure?

Yes, lunch is quick service and you should make reservations. We order our food the day of on My Disney Experience. That way you can skip the line to order food and you can go right to your table. They will bring the food to your table.
