Be Our Guest Lunch Fastpass

I originally posted this over in Member Services but it seems like it actually fits better here.

Does anyone have tips on how to book the Be Our Guest lunch fastpass with a DVC reservation?

I have friends who are also going in early March, weren't invited to participate and were able to go to https://beourguestlunch.disney.go.com/

And they got a reservation.

Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks. :)
 
you need a Fast Pass for lunch... man, that concept is getting a bit much. :eek:

It's not necessary but I would rather have the fastpass, which doesn't count as one of your 3, than to have to wait in line for an hour for lunch.
 
You have the link of where you go - all you have to do now is reserve.
 

You just need to go to the link you already have and plug your DVC reservation number in. You should be good to go at that point and able to schedule a FP+ day and time for lunch at BOG. Keep in mind your FP+ reservation number will NOT show up on your MDE (My Disney Experience) since the counter service FP+ is still in testing phase. So, be sure to write your FP+ time and reservation number down/take with you. We just gave our name and it came right up, but, just in case I had the reservation number also. We just did this during our stay mid January and it was great....our FP+ time was between 12:10 and 12:40 p.m. We arrived at 12:20 and checked in (to the left line) and within 10 minutes we had ordered and were seated waiting for our food to arrive! It was awesome. As we were giving our name I overheard a CM telling someone in the standby line that it would be over an hour wait. I do believe they are only releasing the BOG FP+'s for lunch about a month in advance, so if your trip is further out than March you may not be able to book yet.
 
I have tried for two trips now to book BOG FP with my name and email and our reservation number. I always get an error message. I use DH's email and our info pops right up and lets me make the reservation. So if you're getting an error message when you try, try using a different email or Disney account. I just booked our BOG FP for the beginning of April today.

Our reservation starts March 6 and I keep trying and getting that error message. I am almost to the point that I am going to book a room and then cancel just so I can get a regular Disney CRO reservation number.

I don't know that it's the number that causes problems. Our confirmation number worked fine, just not from my account. Try making a new Disney account with a different email address and using that instead. Maybe it will work that way?

Thanks so much for the encouragement but I think I have figured out the problem.

We have one group of people that are arriving early and I can get them a reservation but our main reservation is for a grand villa..... so I think that is why I am getting an error. It doesn't seem to want to make the reservation for so many. I am so frustrated with My Disney Experience. I have waisted so much time changing names on reservations so things match up perfectly and can be matched. argghhh. And now this. :badpc:
 
We did this in December with great success. Unfortunately, I can't make it work for our March trip because it's recognizing the original travel dates for our March reservation instead of what it was changed to several months ago. Should have asked for a new reservation number I guess. Ugh.
 
I have found that using your username works when the email associated with an account will now work
 
We used it last October and it worked great. We checked in at the podium and then we sat. Our food showed up very quickly and the order was perfect - even the special orders.

I cant' wait until my May dates open up to order it again.
 
March dates opened yesterday. I booked march 6th yesterday. I hope you can get it straightened out. We made our fp with our dvc confirmation number.
 
I had issues as well. I used my name a couple of weeks ago, but our booking window hadn't opened. Yesterday, I tried, and the site said I had already claimed my reservation. I had logged in, but had never made a reservation. I was very frustrated. Decided to try DH's name, and lo and behold it worked.

Sounds like the screen shot is the way to go. I wouldn't have known if not for this thread.
