Its July 7th, a lot of us are waiting on July 8, still not open
I don't understand how everyone is having such a difficult time finding their number?Is it because they didn't book through Disney? If I sign into MDX and click on 'My Reservations and Tickets,' my reservation/confirmation number shows up right on that page next to our resort information.
There is not a "make a payment" directly on the MDE
You have to click on "Reservations & tickets"
then look for "view Details" (it is blue):
It will look like this:
Disney Resort Hotel Reservations
Disney's Pop Century Resort
Confirmation Number: 6YXXXXX
Reservation Made By: XXXX XXXX

a box will pop up.
It will say (it take a few seconds to show)
(1st line)"Reservation for 4(or however many is in your party)
(2nd line) Balance (due August xx, 2014) $x,xxx USD Make a payment"
click on "make a payment"
It will take a few seconds then if you will look up into the web address (the web address will change from:
https://disneyworld.disney.go.com/trip/my-vacation/
to
https://disneyworld.disney.go.com/reservation/resort/44XXXXXXXXXX/payments/
this isn't on the page, it is the web address (where you would normally type in www.disneyworld.com)
I actually booked my trip on Disney.com several months ago and then talked to a CM at Walt Disney World Travel Co to add the FD when it came out.
I found mine this way even though every other # I have anywhere on any of my paperwork and reservation on line only shows a confirmation number with letters and numbers.
I wish they would make this uniform. It is soooo frustrating! especially for everyone still having trouble finding theirs![]()
I did all of those things, had my friends check, and had a CM on the phone walk me through it. Nowhere on my site does it tell me what I owe or give me the ability to pay. I get emails every so often with my amount owed and amount paid, and I call to make a payment. Crazy.

Could it be your browser???? Chrome would not display correctly for me. I had to swap to Explorer in order for everything to be visible.![]()

I have since cancelled that reservation, and re-booked for 08/27-09/03, but when I go to the BOG FP+ sight now, it only shows the dates from my original reservation, and I can't find a way to reset it and enter my new reservation #. Of course, none of my dates are bookable yet anyway, but I'm wondering how I can get rid of these old dates and get my new reservation in the system?![]()

Follow up-
I don't mean to annoy, but...
In order to enter my new reservation # with a different email address, I had to create a new MDE account. This new account shows my actual dates, and the correct members of my party. When I am eventually able to reserve a FP+, will this FP work with my MB, even though it was selected using a different MDE account? Would the FP+ be connected to the reservation itself, or the account?

Sorry if this issue has been addressed already, but I can't seem to find the answers. Firstly, thanks to this thread I found the correct reservation # and successfully entered the site. It's all downhill from there. When it asks for you to select the members of your party it had me and DH listed twice. Weird. I called Disney and the CM said it didn't matter (although it seemed more like she just didn't know what to do about it) , but I'm curious if it's trying to find me 4Fps rather than 2? Secondly, when I click on the available dates (in late August...just hit 60 days today!) it says there are no Fastpasses available please select another date. I thought I read that means the dates haven't opened up yet... Is that true or are there really no FPs? Thirdly, the last 2 days of our trip aren't even available to check. When do they open up? Do I just need to keep checking back? Or does Disney not make FPs available very day? Any thoughts? TIA!
