This is happening to me as well. I had made a reservation for next weekend. It was not showing up as you all are describing, made another one, same thing, cleared cookies, used different browser, device, etc. still nothing. So, I just took a screen shot of my reservation(that included the meal choices because that's what we did) with my phone and when we are there, if there are any problems, I will just show that and hope for the best!
I would not continue to make FP reservations in hopes that one shows up because what if it's a glitch thats affecting some and they are all working and just not showing up.
Calling as one PP mentioned does nothing accept maybe alert disney that many people are using it without the email although I gotta believe they know and don't care AND most of the CM's on the phone probably know nothing about it and the ones that do, have no power to help anyways.
