Be Our Guest Lunch Fastpass

I have tried to find my answer, but am not having any luck. We are going to be at Disney from August 16-24 and are staying at a resort booked directly through Disney. I have been waiting for my email for BOG, but still haven't received it. Today, I'm realizing that we probably missed our chance to dine there and I am so so upset.

Can anyone tell me if this is a common issue or if I did anything wrong? Our Magic Bands just arrived. Just totally bummed...

Just log in to the be our guest lunch website and make your reservation. Don't wait for the e-mail. I think you can book up to Aug. 21st today.

I think you should be fine! Go back a few pages, and you should see everything you need to know. Just go to the website and put in your reservation number that starts with 44. Most every question you have should be answered on the preceding few pages. Good luck!

Have you checked your spam folder? For some reason some of my e-mails from Disney end up there. But you could also just book the fastpass without getting the e-mail, a lot of people on here seem to do that and it works. I still have a few weeks before i would even be able to book email or not.

I'm working out of town until Monday and my internet speed is slower than dial-up. It is taking me 2 minutes to load each page, and about every third page fails. I've spent 2 hours wading through these threads...so I am trying to find my answers before asking.

We are not using Magical Express and our Magic Bands are sitting at our neighbor's home which is 250 miles from where I am sitting right now. Are these the only two ways to find the reservation number for the site? I've looked all over my Disney account and can't find anything with numbers outside of our reservation number which the site won't accept.

I get all other Disney messages via email. I have tried to wade through over 1000 spam emails and it is not in my Spam folder.

If the bands are our only option for the number, I guess I can call our neighbors and ask them to open the box. I was hoping we would get that excitement once we got home on Monday, but if we wait...we won't be getting these reservations.

Thanks for those who provided advice. It's too bad there are 186 pages to wade through, unlike many threads that have a first post that combines the majority of info...

[*]EACH reservation will have to book the BOG FP seperately, just refresh your page till you get overlapping times. [*]You will have to log into your reservation with your email address and then log into your parents reservation with a different email address. Here are a couple of ways you may can find the confirmation # on your parents accounts. [*]Log into your account on disneyworld.com [*] Hover over MyDisneyExperince till you see the options [*] Click on My Reservations and tickets [*] Under "Disney Resort Hotel Reservation" you will see your reservation details [*] Click on "view details" at the bottom of the reservation details [*] A box will pop up that will show more details on the left and your travel party avitars on the right. [*] At the top right under "Reservations for X", you will see "balance due (due by XXXXXXXX) $x,xxx.xx USD Make a payment" [*] Click on "Make a payment" [*] Now, look at the URL web address. [*] It will look like this: https://disneyworld.disney.go.com/reservation/resort/44XXXXXXXXXX/payments/ or if that doesn't work: [*]Login to the Disney website. [*] On the My Disney Experience tab, click "My Itinerary" [*] Scroll the calendar to your check in day. [*] On the page, place your cursor on the line that says "View Reservation Details" and right click. [*] Scroll down to "view page source" [*] Then I used the "control F" feature (just hold down control and the F key>it will bring up a "find" box>type in the word "reservationnumber" to find reservationNumber value and the 12 digit code that starts with 44xxxxxxxxxx. good luck :thumbsup2

Don't give up hope, I've heard of lots of people getting fastpass+ for BOG the week of.

:cool1::cool1:Got it!!!! :cool1::cool1:

Before I saw the response above, I remembered reading that the number started with 44. I saw that my Memory Maker package had the same first numbers, so entered that confirmation number just to see what would happen. It worked!!!

I got a great time on our first MK day!!! Thank you everyone for your help!

You can call Disney (1-407-W-DISNEY) and they can tell you your Ressie #.

As of today 7/26/14, 8/22/14 is open to book.

The e-mail is not required.

In order to find the reservation number, this is what my travel agent told me to do.

Click on the Link in MDE for Online Check In. When I did that, and came to the page to enter that information, the 12 digit number starting with two 4's was at the top of the page, at the end of the search address. I hope I explained that O.K.

I just received my Magic Band, and the number on that, is not the same number.

I'd love to know about this because I just made a FP and it never asked for my reservation number. Just my log in and password. But when I log back in, my FP reservation is there, so I'm assuming it's okay!

I think they either changed the system or it depends on the day. My friend and I needed it but another friend didn't need the reservation #. So you should be fine.

For anybody who has already been (or anybody else.. :) ), would you rather go to BOG lunch or Crystal Palace lunch?

BOG lunch is counter service albeit in a table service restaurant setting. Obviously The Crystal Palace is a Table Service restaurant only and is priced accordingly. Both are wonderful but different experiences. From a budget standpoint, BOG lunch is less expensive. Like the PP I only go go Crystal Palace for breakfast. Remember that The Crystal Palace is also a Character experience.

I went in March and never received an email. What I did was put in my magic band numbers on the website and it gave me the options about a month before our trip:)

do the kids have to order a kids meal if your on the dining plan? it didn't give me an option to get the kids a cupcake
just booked for 8/21

Yes, to my knowledge and experience kids DO have to order of the kids menu when on the dining plan. As far as dessert at BOG (correct me if i am wrong-I've yet to eat there) it appears to me that the kids desserts are identical to the adult desserts. (That is how it looks on the WDW website menu to me.) Hope that helps-and please, anyone correct me if I am wrong! :-)

Kids always have to order a kids meal if you are on the DP. They do not get a cupcake. You have to pay OOP.

According to the 2014 dining plan on the WDW website, a quick service meal includes "1 entree, 1 dessert, and 1 non-alcoholic beverage." (It does not exclude kids from what i can see-unless I am wrong?) We've done the dining plan several times (though it has been 3 years since the last time-have things changed?) and my kids always got a dessert with the kids meals (generally a cookie.) BOG DOES list a kids dessert menu on the WDW website. The desserts appear to be identical to the adult menu, but they ARE listed as kids desserts.

**Ahh! So sorry-Just noticed the lunch menu does NOT list kids desserts-that is the dinner menu. So kids only get dessert at dinner, not lunch at BOG? Wow!**

I just reserved a direct to table for my family w/ 2 kids. There is an option to filter the menu for the DDP. When you select the kids meals they are offered an entree, a side and a beverage. No dessert. One of the options for sides is a chocolate chip cookie.

The previous poster is correct, adult desserts are paid OOP for kids eating on DDP.

edit: beat me to it. ;)
