SO when the FP are gone their gone?? Or keep checking back??

If the system is showing No Availability once you are well within 27 days of the date you are checking, then it is probably fully booked. Remember people can always cancel though, so it's definitely worth checking back every so often.

These all sound like the same sort of problem, that the system has got itself stuck on some previous reservation and refuses to let it go ("Let It Go, Let It Go" ... sorry!)

You might want to try creating a whole new login ("A Whole New Login..." STOP it, Andre!) for the BoG site, using a different email address that you have not used before on Disney sites. If that works, try to enter your current 12-digit hotel reservation number using the new login page, and hopefully it will give you the right dates and allow you to make a booking. Hopefully anyway, sadly this is not an exact science. Don't worry about this being separate from your normal MDE account, there is no need for the BoG site to match with anything except your hotel reservation. Good Luck!

Andre

I tried a new login with a new e-mail, a new reservation number (I have a split stay, so used the 2nd stay), but to no avail - the same dates showed up. I received the e-mail invitation to the BOG FP+ today. Is there anyone I can call to make FP+ or help with our inability to book? Or can we book within a week of the date and there be any availability?

What dates are showing, do they bear any resemblance to anything in either of your bookings, or any past bookings? Otherwise I think you'll have to wait until you arrive and see if that clears up any more dates.

Unfortunately there is absolutely no support at all for this system from Disney, we're completely on our own in trying to work out the idiosyncrasies as we go along.

Dec. 23-Dec. 29 are showing up (with no availability). I did book something before my current reservation, and had almost forgot about it until this came up.

My experience for what it is worth. I tried to book BOG for Jan 3 on my 27 day out. I tried at 12:30 eastern time - nothing. Several hours later I checked again and was able to book. I would encourage checking later in the day. Good luck. On anther note I want to send a big thanks to Andre for all of your help on this thread and on your POR thread.

Normally the new bookings seem to become available around 2am each day, but nothing about this system is the exact science that we'd all like it to be. :confused3

Hi Andre and fellow Disboarders....just wanted to clarify that this is 2am, Orlando time, right? Thanks!!

So its 27 days out and its showing me only dates for December. I can't enter my Reservation number either. Anyone else having this problem?

I can't find the correct reservation number to put in. All of ours have letters including the order for the mm.

Yes, 2am Eastern seems to be about the time the new day's availability gets loaded onto the system.

Andre

Oh my goodness!! A fellow Disboarder had to give up their BOG FP+ for the same date that I have been trying to book for the last 6 weeks. We made contact and came online at about 1:00 am Eastern time this morning to do a simultaneous "catch and release" attempt. Well maybe more like they "release" their reservation and I "catch" it.

Well, it WORKED after several refreshes on my part. Incredible!! Their reservation time popped up as available on the day I needed and I was able to choose between making reservations individually for each member of my group or making reservations for the entire group at the same time. OF COURSE I chose the latter to go as fast as I possibly could to make sure I could finish my reservations within the time period given. I think there was a clock ticking down 10 minutes.....

Click, click, click away and then hit SUBMIT and voila! Oh my goodness, my family of 4 is now reserved for lunch at 1:20 pm at BOG on Boxing day.

Donnamk123, I shall not forget your good deed. I will pay it forward. Thanks for being the kind of Disney fan that Walt would be proud of.

And Andre, THANKS a million for all the information you have started here. Christmas at Disney, here I come!! :woohoo:

PS - I'm really sorry I did not have time to take screen captures when I was doing this to share with y'all but I was going as fast as I could to guarantee my spot.

Never mind I see the problem. Though this is annoying as hell I have to use another account to be able to get FPs for this trip. I didn't even use Lunch FPs for my last trip.

Edit: Okay so anyone actually done it where there lunch FPs are on a separate account from everything else? How does this work when you show up actually for lunch?

my confirmation number doesn't start with a 43 or 44. it starts with a 47. i'm at art of animation right now. what does that mean?

just kidding. that is the confirmation number showing up on MDE, but i called the front desk and they gave me one that starts with 44. interesting.

boo. it'll only give me up til the 19th to book a lunch FP and i'm in the MK the 16th for MVMCP, so won't work, then on the 17th and nothing available plus i have dinner reservations that night. :( well. would anyone else find it useful? since there's no penalty, i don't mind giving it away

So I'm trying for January 14th and It does not seem to be open yet? However January 12th is showing spots. Anyone having luck with any later dates? Thanks :)

Lol...it's so hard to remember what day you can sign up for this and that!!!

And 27 days is such an obvious timescale too... after all, it's exactly three weeks and six days, who wouldn't remember that? (It's no wonder we need a thread like this one :( )

Andre

Received an email today and was able to book a lunch time on 1/10 for an 11:50 to 12:20 window.
