I just got a reservation for 4 on November 19th. I tried (refreshed every 30 minutes) for nearly 24 hours before a reservation came up. The system is either flakey or there's a lot of churn (people rescheduling or cancelling previous reservations). I'll go with flakey.
I thought my experience may help those with dietary needs. My youngest
has celiac disease. They had an option to filter the list of menu items for particular ingredients. The button was found on the bottom left of the screen. In some cases, the menu item changed to adapt to the dietary need specified. For example, there are two sandwiches which are not by default gluten free (obviously the bread). However, when you use the Filter option (bottom left of menu picking screen), it changes the kid meal options for two sandwiches. The grilled cheese and turkey sandwich changes to use a different type of bread (Millet bread). There was also a pork meal which is naturally gluten free (as it didn't appear to change after the filter).
My biggest disappointment was there was no "dessert" for kids. There is a cookie normally available, but nothing that gets swapped in as a replacement. They do offer sides for kids that are gluten free, so it's a very small disappointment. Just a tough one when you're asking your kids what they want as a side and the gluten eaters have that as an option. She was excited about the peach applesauce, but I decided to also surprise her with the gluten free lemon raspberry cream puff (item on the regular/adult dessert menu)!
