I am having trouble trying to book a fp. I am 27 days out and when I log in it's no different to when I logged in last week!!!

What date are you trying to book for?

October 18th opened sometime this morning 5:00 ET or earlier

I was able to get all 11 of us across 4 reservations for the same time thanks to the information here. It only took me 30 minutes It would be really nice if they just had all the available times listed and you could pick instead of hitting refresh (super helpful tip by the way), although when the time I wanted came up it was like hitting the lottery.

I was so surprised when I got this email invite. BOG is such a hot item to get. However I decided to try anyway. I was able to get a reservation for a Tuesday lunch, which is fine with me. That was one of our "off" day where we (me and DH) were going to "explore" different areas of Disney. May as well add this to our exploration.

I had to change my reservation for our vacation to 2 weeks later. So it is now a completely new reservation with a different number and the old one was cancelled. However, when I log in to the site, it is giving me the dates of our first reservation to pick from. We won't even be there then. Has anyone else had this happen? Will it eventually update to my new dates?

You know what - I got up this morning to book and I think the same thing is happening with me. We made a reservation back last November on bounce-back for Sept 27th-Sept 30th, but cancelled it back in May. We now have a trip booked for October 16th-20th. They have completely different reservation numbers (In fact one was a free dining package, the new one is a room only through DVC.) However, when I log on to the FP+ site, it's showing dates of September 27th - Oct 2nd. I bet it's the same situation.

Anyone have a clue if there's anything we can do about it? There's no help # for this. My best guess is that we'll have to wait at least until after the date of the first reservation, then the system might reset. Unfortunately, we may just be completely screwed.

Truthfully, I don't really care that much for this trip...if I can get it, fine, but if not we really don't mind eating somewhere else either.

I had the same exact thing happen to me as well. My original trip was for my husband and I week of Oct 26th. We are now a girl trip party of 5 for Nov 5th. My email address still pulls up the Oct 26th week however my cousin who will be traveling with us for the correct date opens up the appropriate dates of our trip so she will be booking it. I would suggest maybe using the email of someone else in your party? Not a guarantee that this will work

Curious how this worked out for anyone else. Maybe I can use my email address after all once our original vacation date passes.

You can only have 1 FP+ booked at a time, but you can book it for another day once you use your first FP+ as long as there is still availability. People were able to do this a month ago, but it does seem to be booking up faster lately.

the system won't let you make a second one until the day after you use the first one. As PP said seems like the FP+ are booking faster. in the last week I have read one person said they could not get another FP+ and someone said they were able to book as 2nd one. Probably depends on how far in advance you are trying to make the 2nd one for

You can always just stand in line in you really want to eat there, you don't have to have a FP+. If it's a really busy day they give our return time cards so you don't even have to really stand in line.

You have to get there really early. The day we were there, they shut down the stand by line by 10:45am. They were turning people away.

Sorry if this question is a repeat, when you have a fast pass reservation, is it linked to your magic band?

Also: does anyone know why my name shows up twice and my husband's name is not on the reservation?
Will this be a problem?

No it will not be linked to your MagicBand and will not show up in MDE so you need to make note of your reservation number and time.

Once you log in go to "my account" and you should be able to modify your travel party and enter your husband's name.

I know this is a stupid question, but hoping someone can shed some light on the system...

We are going to be in the disney area from Oct 30-nov 7th. Our tickets start on Oct 30th (Halloween party), but our reservation for disney property doesn't start until Nov. 3. The other reservation at AKL starts on Nov 5th.

When I log on to the bog website, it is only showing Oct 30-Nov 4th as available dates to pick from.

I know the dates for our trip haven't opened yet, but what is going on?? Why is it blocking out the last few days of our trip? That is when I need the reservation for.

Will they eventually open? Is this normal?

Is it possible to order food from a cast member instead of at the kiosk? I have an extremely picky eater. She would be considered and adult. For example I would like to order the grilled cheese from the kids menu for her but that comes with tomato soup so I would like to substitute the soup for fries. I'm thinking I would not be able to do this on their ordering system.

I have a party of 13 on 3 reservations and 3 Disney accounts...

Room 1-1 person
Room 2-6 people
Room 3-6 people

on the BOG FP site, I booked a FP for 1 person, 6 people, but on the third reservation, it only brought up 3 people...so strange. I have regular FP+ booked for all 13 of us and all six people are listed in room 3, but for some reason BOG only recognizes 3 of the 6. Dadgum!! Hopefully, we can all get in or take turns. Anyone else had this happen? I read some posts, but not all 51 pages.

We have people traveling with us in 4 reservations. We're handling all the regular fastpasses and they have no desire to set up their own MDE accounts. With regular fp all the people in our party show up, but apparently this isn't the case with BOG? Only the people in one reservation? Is there a way to get BOG fp for all of us without setting up separate MDE accounts for each of them?

My understanding was that this system only allows access to the first 7 days of your trip UNTIL you actually checkin to the resort. I think then other days will be available. I could be wrong ....
