We are a party of 6 but it will only allow me to make a reservation for 3 of us. We have 2 rooms and the it allows one from one room and two from another. Not sure how to get the other three on the fast pass.

I'm having a similar problem. We have a party of three on my ressie only listing two on the BOG FP+ website. Any suggestions???

I have booked FP before on our trip this past March. I have reservations for the 27-29th of this month. I am also an AP holder. It is not letting me have access to lunch reservations more than a week out.

I even got the email with the link today, and I still have the same issue. It has me login with my user info, but does not ever ask for my reservation number. I would really like to make reservations ahead of time as I am afraid they will book up!

Thanks for any help.

use another Disney e-mail address and your current resort ressie#. the systems retains the resort ressie from your first FP+ and the only way to change it is to set up another account.

I have the same problem and tried to set a new email address and it still brings up only 2 people when we have 5

Are all of your party staying in one room, on one hotel reservation number? Are they all present in My Disney Experience for that reservation?

Thanks! I was able to do this. Unfortunately, there were no times available from September 27th on. :(

I didn't realize these were booking up so quickly now. Its a shame. I thought this was a low attendance time to be going. Crowd levels are predicted at only 2 to 4.

For the first night all our parties are on two seperate reservations and for the rest of the days we are all on one room reservation with all of us in it ,that the one I tried to bring up but it still wont bring us all into one group it looks to default to the first reservation regardless of email address used. I just found out that there is no way to do this by calling member services as it will always default to the first reservation and each of our parties has a seperate first reservation day followed by a combined room reservation :(

If you have a different reservation number, and you should, for your combined reservation, with all of you on it, and you set it up on the BoG website using a totally new email address, it should show all of you. :confused3

Alternately you should be able to use the first two reservation numbers, and two different email addresses, to make two BoG FP for overlapping times.

Before you build in a new reservation# in using a new email, you need to clear your cookies and files too. This is what was happening to me and once I cleared my cookies and then built my new reservation # in with a new email address, it worked.

I have been successful getting a BOG FP for our last two trips using both my email address (trip last May) and my DH's email address (trip this August). We have a new FP reservation for our trip in November (using my email). We have planned a family trip for next May and when I put in my DH's email address from our last trip (August) the site immediately shows this upcoming week (when we will be at home). I tried to establish a new account for my husband but when the page shows up which asks for the hotel reservation number, red wording shows up saying the name and reservation are not correct. When I tried setting up a new account for me...the same exact thing happened. Does anyone know what to do with this? I do realize that you cannot actually book until 27 days beforehand, but usually you can see your vacation dates.

I have tried all kinds of suggestions from previous posters and nothing is working. We have 2 reservations...one room for our 2 DS's and my son was able to reach our May 2015 vacation page by just putting his email and password in. He didn't even need to put the room reservation# in. He had used this same email for our May 2014 trip. The only thing I'm hoping for is that after my DH's and my Anniversary trip in November, the May 2015 dates will just "magically" show up when I put in my email address. Tried everything so now hoping for some pixie dustpixiedust:

It's a similar situation - diff ressies 1st nite only but combined ressies thereafter. Cleared history on mobile but still only would show 2 ppl instead of 3 on the day want BOG FP even though that date will be combined stay.

I went ahead & booked for the two & will stop by the MyMagic help desk as noted in the help/FAQ section upon arrival.

But thanks for all the helpful tips & responses on this board! I've been silently lurking all these months so i knew exactly which day i would actually get to book, refresh for a new set of times, take a screen shot for confirmation, ect. The members who patiently respond & redirect to the 1st post (frequently) deserve a lot more kudos than they ever get!

NavyDots, I read on a post several pages back that someone was having the same problem, and when they got to BOG to use their FP, they had no trouble. They just explained the situation and the CM allowed them in.
I am having the same problem. We are a party of 6 with 2 seperate reservations. On one of our ressies everything shows correct but on the other, only 1 of my grandsons is showing up. I have made my FP selection and I too will visit the MyMagic helpdesk and I am so hoping that when I get there and explain and show that he shows up everywhere else, they will allow him in with us.

Good luck and have a wonderful trip:goodvibes

I have had the opposite when booking a BOG FP - we are a party of 6 and 8 persons appeared on the list: both my daughter and my name appear twice.

I could not reduce the number of persons for the booking; the website advises that the number of persons can be reduced on checking in at the restaurant.

Just wanted to say thank you for the information in this thread!

I am an AP holder who got a BOG FP email invite for my upcoming Oct trip, and I was running into the same problem others have had... couldn't see any BOG FP availability during my trip. I even called Disney and they had no answers. The Disney rep just said "well, you know it's a beta test, right? Soooo... I guess it doesn't always work for everyone." Hmmm, great. Worked fine last time...

Anyway while I was subsequently on hold with Disney tech support, I found this thread, and followed the recommendations: cleared browser cache, created a new account on the BOG FP page, and I got my fastpass!

I did this all before tech support ever picked up my call. So I hung up. The DIS saved me! Thanks all!

I've been reading this thread to see if my problem has been mentioned but haven't seen it. In anticipation of my 27th day out, I went onto the thread to get instructions. I made my ressie through AAA and have an 8 digit confirmation number. So I went in and did my online check in which was one of the suggestions, hoping that I would then be given a Disney 12-digit # but it didn't. So I called Disney and they said they couldn't even look for my reservation because I used a travel agent. I asked if they couldn't at least look my reservation up by my name and she just said 'sorry, no because you don't have the 12 digit # but if your agent calls, we will get it for them'. So I called back AAA to have them call WDW. They did and still couldn't get the number either! They offered to make my ressie for me if on that date I can't get it online. Am I the only one confused here???? Now I'm even more anxious to see how this works. Anyone else had this experience

We booked through AAA also. I was able to get our reservation numbers by "checking in on-line" on a computer. The number will be in the web address (better description on the first page of this thread). You do have to use a computer though...No reservation number would be there when I tried this on my phone or iPad.

Your 12 digit code is ALSO on your magical express tags if you've gotten them already. That's how I found mine for my parent's room!

What date is open for reservations at this point?? Hoping to get a reservation for 10/15 so my window opens 9/17 correct? Thanks for your help :)

I just got the fastpasses (11:30-12:00) for BOG lunch on 10/6. It is currently 3:25am Eastern time.
