I hear its going to be all new stuff to tantalize the palate at WDW...

exciting stuff such as filet with demiglaze/ reduction...or if "financially prudent"...a fabulous ny strip

free range chicken breast...for the first time at WDW

grilled salmon...bought en masse to ensure "fresh...right out of the holding tank" taste to all 81 locations at WDW that serve it...they might give it a french sounding name.

Center Cut pork loin or chop...for those of you that are "fatigued" with the other 3 standard choices


and for dessert...breathtaking creme brûlée...as well as "french" ny style cheesecake and chocolate cake a la Francais...


I'd almost rather it'd be prime aged cuts of Jerry Orbach... (ok...that might be a tad excessive)

Perhaps chilled ciders, apple, pear, cherry which would appeal during the hot summer, and change overs to warm ciders and mugs of cocoa in the cooler seasons. The idea of the turkey leg is quite good, as it is only available tight now in Frontierland. Warm cobblers and ice cream an idea. Guaston would be proud to serve thes dishes.

Do you think that that new B&B sit down dining will be that upscale? It would be nice to see some unique choices, but with 500 seats, the kitchen will have to do industrial style cooking to keep up, so bear in mind, that we may not get the quality we may wish for.

I am extremely happy about this resturant! Beauty and the Beast is my favorite movie so i cant wait for it to come to life!

+1 (except for the Jerry Orbach part). Seriously, WDW dining seems to lost ALL creativity and originality.

and +1 to Uncleromulus. I understand in the 1950's that Walt did not want alcohol served in the MK, but I think those times have passed. I don't want to see a beer cart on Main Street, but I would like to order a glass of wine with dinner.

I WANT to see a beer cart on Main St. Walt wasn't perfect and while he protected the masses from over indulging he never took the vow of sobriety himself.

I totally disagree. You can get a beer at any of the other parks, there's no need for it at MK. MK is the only park geared specifically toward children, alcohol would be inappropriate. Since it's the only place in the entire resort that you can't get a beer I'm sure you can deal with it.
