Be Our Guest for Lunch w/out reservations?

My trip is 2 weeks away and I just yesterday got a lunch ADR for BOG for our party of 6 through the touringplans reservation finder. It's definitely worth a try!

My family was there last week. I didn't know until a month ago that my family wanted to eat there and of course there were no lunch times available. I used the reservation finder to request a lunch time for 7 people for lunch on our last day (Friday). I didn't get any notifications for 4 weeks, but on Wednesday while in the FP line for Splash, I got a text that 12:40 on Friday was available. I snagged it quickly! It was a fun surprise for the kids. Good luck!

Yes there is at least one person a day who feels compelled to ask this same exact question yet again despite the gazillion threads already out there.

In my defense, I did a search first and nothing specific to my question came up. I was surprised by that, which is why I started the thread.

That's awesome!! Thanks so much to everyone who replied. I did already get a couple notifications from Touring Plans, but by the time I saw them (within an hour of getting them) the ressies were gone.
However, today I was able to snag an 8:15 for the Tues. we are there during the Halloween Party. HURRAY!!!!! We had decided to go to the Halloween event anyway, so this is perfect. Thank you again for all the pixie dust everyone sent my way.

Is this for dinner? If so, I would keep trying for a different time, unless you do not mind taking so much prime party time dining.

Yes, it is for dinner, sorry forgot to add the "p.m." My DD and her friend who's joining us are in their teens, so they won't want to go to a lot of the shows, or meet characters, etc. My main concern was seeing the fireworks and late parade, and we will be fine to do both. Plus, we will plan on arriving at 4.
But most of all, it's my birthday, and the dinner is my big present to myself, so they'll have to go along with it

some times if you don't get the specific wording right, it won't come up. No worries, I'm pretty sure that no one will kick you out for asking a repeat question. Most questions have been asked at one time or another. If someone doesn't want to read it, they can just not click on that thread title

Not likely. Make a free account on touring plans and use their reservation finder. Very few, if any, walk ups are taken for BOG. It is one of the most popular places in MK.

I actually had much more luck with the Mouse Dining site. It is also free and they send you a text rather then email. So you get your notification right away. And you can click on the link in the txt and get connected quickly to change your ressie.
We leave in 15 days and I just scored a dinner ressie at BOG for Sunday evening thanks to Mouse Dining.

Yes, thank you. Despite what my profile says, I've been on these forums for years (created a new profile recently because I hadn't traveled to Dis in a few years). I know there are certain posters who like to open threads to make rude, unnecessary and unhelpful comments for no other reason than to give themselves false senses of superiority.

thanks, I'm not familiar with this site, but will definitely check it out. Touring Plans has been sending me texts, btw, maybe this is a new feature with them?
