I havent yet, but this trip I feel like going all out....bring the POTC t-shirt, the mickey overalls, the dis shirt......

Do it! We did last year, anyway. My GF wore a Pooh shirt on our first day at the MK, and a CM at the Haunted Mansion stopped her and told her in a very grave and somber voice , "You know, you have POOH on your shirt."

I LOVE wearing my stuff at WDW.. Especailly those Dorky Hats..

But my Mom tops the cake..

She has this lime green (I know a DIS color) tee shirt with Goofy on it from Euro Disney (she found it at a yard sale) and she has Lime Green NEON shorts.. I swear I can spot her across the park on even the most crowded of days.. I LOVE that outfit on her..

I ONLY wear my disney stuff at Disney (or when lounging around the house.)

Heck - DH spent nealry $50 on my grumpy sweatshirt - I HAVE to wear it. (and I spent the same on his mickey golf polo shirt that still has the tags on it...grrrr...)

Where else in the world can you wear a fanny pack and not get laughed at? only at WDW! heheh

The kids wear nothing but disney t-shirts all vacation long. Most of my disney clothing are business casual wear, I only wear the t-shirts.

I got one back in 96 and it finally gave up in 2002. Broke my heart to get rid of it, but it was looking pretty bad. It was really cool to... Blue plaid with a Mickey on the chest.

Wear your Disney clothes and you may get picked to open the MK - Have Mickey or Goofy go on a ride with you - get picked for audience participation events - etc. etc.

First day at WDW I wore a Tigger jersey. next day, I wore Mickey T and wife wore Minnie. Next day, different Mickey T. Next day Roy > Michael t shirt - people liked that one - My wife bought and wore the mickey shoes the entire trip. I already had my sandals or I would have bought the Mickey ones. I also wore a Mickey Jersey too. But, I wear the stuff at home as well.

I wear my Disney stuff all the time, home or at Disney. You have to enjoy life, not go around worrying about what other people think. Almost every tie I own has Disney characters on it. The only time I wear a non-Disney tie is for funerals because some people may find a big Mickey Mouse inappopriate in that setting (though others would probably appreciate the break from the somber mood). Last trip, I finally splurged and got a Mickey oxford dress shirt too. And I have tons of Disney t-shirts and polo shirts that I wear during non-working hours.

I wear my Disney stuff all the time and am proud of it. I never really cared for what other people thought about anything, anyway. Be your own person. If you like it, wear it.

My fiance' and I were both CMs in the late 1980's at WDW and went to DL on vacation for a week. We wore matching Mickey shirts EVERY day of the trip. We would NEVER wear anything so CUTESY any other time or place.

Wear the Mickey stuff. The more the better!!!

oh - I also have mickey head earrings that I only wear at WDW..and for some reason - even though you can find them in EVERY gift shop - CM's always compliment me on them!

LOL!!! I see what this is about! You're worried about being "that guy" . . . the person who goes to see a live band and wears that band's t-shirt (instead of one advertising some other band that nobody's ever heard of)! I say wear whatever you want! Disney's the only place I wear my stuff (around here I'd be afraid of getting beat up! Or worse, being called a tourist! hehe). If you're totally decked out from head to toe and I happen to see you there, I will laugh at you, but not in a bad way, just in a "wow, check out the fun s/he's having!" way.

However, if what you're talking about is more along the lines of a princess dress, I'd probably think that one over.

Big Dork?! NO WAY!!! IF you don't wear a Disney something the entire trip, you are not really enjoying yourself!

Dh has never been "character" type of clothing guy, but he has always worn the clothes from ESPN that say Walt Disney World all year long. This past Christmas, I had to get him a Grumpy tshirt for fun - thought he would probably hardly put it on - he loves to wear it! Who would have thought??

Only at Disney can you see the coolest hats - we loved the Christmas Tree hats and the Birthday Cake hats we saw last trip!

I always wear a tiara when I'm at WDW, and the princesses always compliment me! At first my kids were mortified, but now they think mom's the coolest!
