Be careful with Pin in Oct-Dec

We booked our trip in October to POLY with 7 day PH, and Deluxe Dining, back in June through AAA and got a rate of $3800. I got a pin code from Disney the other day for use between October and December and called Central Reservations just to see what our package would be with the pin code. They quoted me $3200. I called AAA to see if they could get the same rate, as I like my AAA agent, and didn't want to go direct to Disney. When he called, he found out that the $3200 I had booked on my own did NOT include the Deluxe Dining, hence the significant price difference. When I called Central Reservations to confirm this, I found it that they had NOT included the Deluxe Dining, even though 2 separate reservation agents at Disney told me it was included.

So be careful when using a pin number, I have never had this issue in the past, but for some reason 2 different agents at Disney Reservations messed this up... Not sure if it is an issue with the pin number or just a mess up on Disney's part.

Horrible cast members. They took the pin code which is room only and punched it in without finding the corresponding deluxe dining code
