BCV Wailisted Thanksgiving

Okay here is our plan. It maybe confusing but bear with me. We booked a studio at BCV for the 21-29. We decided to go to a one bedroom for 21-28 and studio 29 since 29 is a lot a lot of points. Called to change and only could get one bedroom 21-24! Waitlisted for 24-28. We still have the studio booked for 24-28 incase we cant 24-28 in one bedroom. What are the chances are us getting it? Is it better to be waitlisted on a day by day basis? I am assuming we are waitlisted for whole 24-28 stay. I am calling MS tommorow? What you guys think. Its going be 5 of us so the one bedroom would be better. It will be cramped in the studio but we will live. Not like we are living there. Before anyone flips out we already checked BC front desk about 5 in a studio or one bedroom is okay as along as we understand we have to provide bedding and bed for 5th person which we were goign to do anyways.

A couple of weeks ago I was waitlisted for a BCV studio for 11/27 and I have already gotten confirmation that the studio is now available. Don't give up!

I told this story before but it may ease your concern.
Last year, April 2002, we joined DCV with the purchase at BCV. We immediately reserved a studio for 8 nights Thanksgiving Week. Family wanted to join us so we reserved 2 more but several locations, we covered them all. Wait listed and in about 2 weeks the waitlist came through for 3 studios at BCV. CM suggested we change 2 studios to a 2 bedroom for the convenience of the kitchen. We went on the wait list again and heard nothing for 2+ months. Decided to go day by day and got the 1st day when making the change. 1 week later called and was told we had another day. A second call 2 weeks after the change to day by day we were told we had the entire stay in our Dedicated 2 bedroom, it was great.
I believe going day by day made the difference and I don't think making the follow-up calls hurt a bit.
