BCV to Holleywood Studios

Can anyone tell me about how long the walk from the Beach Club to Hollywood Studios will take? Thanks!

The walk between Beach Club and Hollywood Studios is between 15 and 25 minutes depending on which way you go, through the Boardwalk or past the Yacht Club and around.

I'm guessing 20 minutes? We've only walked from the boardwalk which took about 15 minutes. Hopefully someone who as actually walked that whole route will chime in.

It is really closer to 25 from BCV unless you walk fast. Also past BWV is quicker but some try the other way toward YC on the oft chance they can get lucky and see a boat coming to the dock at BC/YC or S/D while walking towards those docks and just take the boat.

Thanks for your replies, it really helped. I had thought it was a closer walk like from BLT to MK. Many people do mention walking from Beach Club to Epcot is like 5 minutes - we'll give that a try

DH and I love the walk between BCV and HS, we find it faster than the boat.
We love to walk though, so I'm sure that makes a difference.

I'll chime in as well. I'm what you may call, a slow walker. More so when I'm at WDW. I truely enjoy taking in all the small details that make WDW so special. The time it takes me to walk to DHS via passing the front of the Boardwalk is 18 minutes. That's exiting out the back side of the villas. As a side note; time to walk to EPCOT 3 minutes via the same pathway. It is quicked to walk then taking the Friendship Boats.

Who am I kidding? I always drive over. If I need a fix in the late afternoon or early evening while the girls are resting or getting ready. I drive over. If I'm lucky I find a spot near the front entrance and walk. If we all head over in the morning then we catch the tram from the parking area. It's a nice way to relax and prepare for the park, And it's a cool ride...That is the Tram.

DH and I also can walk it in about 15 minutes. We exit out the back side of BCV, across the bridge to Boardwalk (past ESPN). The trick to cut down on the time is instead of walking all the way around the Boardwalk, when you get to the center (between BW and BWV), walk toward the lobby and cut through on the right just past Wyland Galleries. This will bring you out by the scary clown pool. Keep to the left behind the scary clown and you will come out on the walkway along the canal.

or get the next to last room at the end of the longest hallway overlooking the quiet pool like we did and just head out the back door.

We always walk from BWV"S to HS.It is about 15 minutues and has become a tradition.As we get to the underpass my kids always check to see if the leak is still there.And it always it.
It is the only public area of WDW that I am aware of that is a chronic mess.I wonder why this has not been coorected over the years?

Thanks for all the hints and suggestions on the walk to Hollywood Studios I'll be checking into HS on August 9th and I know the minute I exit the lobby door my body will start to sweat from the humidity and heat, so the 15-20 minute walk sounds LONG in August!

We were in BLT in April and the short walk to MK in 92 degrees was just bareable. I think we'll do what madthemouse does, drive over!

But thanks for all the info, I really thought it was a 5 minute walk to HS!
