BCV studio - what request should I make for room selection?

We are trying out a BCV studio for 2 nights before moving over to SSR in May. I'm not that picky about where we are placed at BCV, but I don't want to end up over a dumpster because I didn't know any better. Is there anything specific I should ask for when we check in or ask to NOT have when our room is selected?

I don't think there are any really "bad"/dumpster-type views at BCV. If I remember correctly, the service area is near a 1 or 2 BR, but I don't know if it can even be seen from that. I've been in studios in several different locations at BCV, and I've never been disappointed with the view. I'm pretty sure the pool view or courtyard view would eliminate the possibility of being near the service area.

Make general requests about your preferences starting with smoking preference and maybe a general view like pool or roadway.

Wee been the love BCV and used to always ask for Epcot view but when they put us in a room overlooking the Dunes pool we were in heaven. This is the best place to be, you are close to the parking lot if you have a car, you can watch your kids from the balcony, and you are close to the bus stop. I really love the 3-5th floor last time, our last 3 rooms have been the same location on different floors, 258-60, 358-60, & 558-60. This is a great corner room with a larger balcony. We are staying at BWV next and will miss BCV but couldn't pass up on the points savings, 222 for 8 days compared to 270.

Hope you get what you want, here is how I request it

Non-Smoking (medical request due to asthma)
Dunes Pool
Non-handicap ( due to needing a tub for DS)

Good Luck,

Judy:love:
