BCV studio questions

I will be staying at the BCV in a studio next month. I have a couple of questions

1) I looked at a map and could not find a laundry facility designated for BCV (I saw one near the quiet pool for the BC itself). Is there a BCV laundry room, and if so, is it no charge like the ones at SSR and BWV?

2) Are there DVD players in the studios at BCV?

3) Do all studios have full balconies?

Yes, there is a laundry facility at BCV. It's off the main foyer area, but as I recall it is not on the ground floor (2nd or 3rd floor maybe??). We haven't used it in a few visits, but I believe last time they were free to use, but you had to bring or purchase the detergent.

I've never stayed at the BCV but am looking into it for our next trip. From what I've read, all the villas have balconies.

There are pictures of the laundry room and some info on the first page of the Beach & Yacht Club FAQ thread (The Amenities Section, and maybe the BCV section, too. Can't remember)

As a PP stated, I believe the villas all have full balconies (or first floor patios).

There's also a listing of items found in the different room categories, but I have never stayed at BCV and I didn't prepare the lists, so I can't vouch for their accuracy.

1) laundry is on the 3rd floor

2) yes all rooms have DVD players - you can rent DVDs from the Marketplace

3) all rooms in the villas have full balconies.

Nope, the laundry is on the fourth floor and you will need your room key to get in. There are maybe three washers and four dryers in the room.

Oops - sorry. Is the room key thing new? when we were there in Sept 2010 you could just go right in - no need for a room key. I always thought that was odd since anyone could have come in and done their laundry.
