BCV Stay - Last Minute Questions

We are leaving on Thursday for a 7 night stay at the BCV - a stay booked through CRO, we are not members - YET! (I hope this trip will "Tip my DH over the edge" ) We have previously stayed in both a 1 and 2 bedroom at OKW, and a 1 bedroom at BCV in Feb. We will be bringing our 27 yo adult son on this trip. I am hoping that 3 adults - 1 slightly messy (Son ), aren't "cramped", but we just couldn't afford a 2 bedroom!
We are not renting a car as we are planning on spending a lot of time at the Food and Wine Festival. We do however, have a grocery stop planned. Is it acceptable to plan on storing a few "perishables" in a soft sided cooler with our luggage until our Villa is ready? I am thinking of things like Orange Juice, Cheese, etc. And also, as a non-owner, I know we will have daily housekeeping. Will they replace the Laundry detergent if it is used, or should I plan on bringing some? Also, I think they replaced the coffee daily - does anyone know for sure? Thanks in Advance! We stayed at OKW in a 1bdrm(on cash) and did several loads of laundry during our 10 day stay. While I cant remember if they actually replenished the supply of detergent or not, I know I had plenty throughout our stay and didnt have to ask for more.

Im sure bringing a coller to store your food with your luggage will be no problem at all.

You can do that but they will also store perishables for you while you are waiting for check in. You need to separate them in advance and point it out to the Bellman.

You should plan on bringing extra det. as that does not get replaced.

For Groeceries, if you bag all your cold stuff together by (as many bags as you need) they will put them in a large refr. (or freezer if needed) until your room is ready
