BCV Room Request?

We have reserved a 2-bdr villa at BCV in September (we are not DVC members). Our group is myself, my husband, kids (4 & 1), grandma & grandpa. I didn't give any specifics on room/view request. I am going to call back and request non-smoking for sure (dumb of me to forget that), but I don't know what else to request. This will be our first trip to a WDW resort. Any suggestions?? Specifc rooms that anyone has loved?? Which floor is best?? My biggest concern is noise (with kids napping, etc.), but a nice view would be good, too. Also, I'd like a dedicated 2-bdr. Is this something that I can also request, or does it hurt to make too many requests? I don't want them to get frustrated with me and give me the worst unit in the complex! Is there a right way to word my request? If anyone has experience with this, I would appreciate any help. Thanks! I've found that planning this vacation is a big part of the fun so far!

Call back and request Dedicated non smoking - they will tell you right away if you can get a dedicated. As for location I don't think you can request that anymore at BCV. It is also hard to recommend a specific area because it would depend on what you like and to be honest I have like each location we have stayed at for different reasons - In the past when it was allowed I always requested and recd High floor 4 or 5, epcot view...which we enjoyed....but the last time we were with family and needed 3 rooms so I only request non smoking, non handicaped and being close together- we recd all three of those requests but it was on floor 1. At first I thought I wouldn't like it (although not a big issue for us) but I loved it. We were right next to the quiet pool and an excellent location to both the bus stop and lobby....so now I think it will be fun to try out different areas of the resort.
