BCV Refurbishment & Enhancement

Hi everyone,

How would you rate your confidence in DVC's projected September 21st completion date for BCV's refurbishment and enhancement? Construction walls indicate that work has begun on one wing of the top floor.

Will the villas be complete in time for the second weekend of Food & Wine?

I would bet on longer. BWV has extended about 6 months.

SSR took longer than expected, BWV took longer and more BWV work continues, BCV had a delayed start.

Sure would be nice if they went back and paid the same attention to detail at VWL.

I was fortunate to secure a studio, for 5-nights, during the second week of Food & Wine. Although there has been a history of delays, I am going to take a chance and hope that most of the villas are refurbished by mid-September.

Honestly, Bill, I had thought that when I booked! If there is an unfinished villa with a hot chocolate stained carpet, broken refrigerator, and spotty air conditioner, then we will surely have the pleasure of staying in it this September
