BCV Question

If we are booked to stay at the BCV and our friends are booked in the hotel part how close do you think that we can be? Do we make the request at check in or do we make it through MS or through other means?

Also, if they are booked on the concierge level will we be able to get up to see them or is it restricted to those who are paying for concierge. I am not exactly sure how that works.

The BCV are in a separate building just behind the BC. It is not a long walk. Concierge floor is key card protected. You need a concierge room key to get the elevator to go to that level.
