Hi Everyone: Has anyone ever used Jaki@timeshare.com to purchase a resale? Any comment about her/him or timeshare.com would be appreciated. Thanks

We purchased through Jaki in February and have nothing but great things to say about her! She's very hands-on; always available to answer questions either by phone or e-mail and she kept us informed about the transaction every step of the way. We would highly recommend her!

I purchased a resale recently from Jaki and would recommend her. She made several phone calls and sent several emails keeping me updated on the process. Also, when Disney failed to enter my new membership in their system (after 2 weeks), she was quick to call DVC and get things straightened out.
