BCV: Pros/Cons for dedicated 2 BR Villas

We are arriving Saturday and I'm wondering what (if any) are the pros or cons of having a dedicated 2 BR villa vs. the locked out (1 BR plus studio)? Any thoughts?

Dedicated: One entrance to the villa, more closet space, second bedroom will have either two queen beds (this is a guarantee) or one queen bed and one queen sleeper sofa, balcony could be one large one, three small ones or two small ones (no way to be sure until you check in)

Lock off: Two entrances (one in the living room, one in the second bedroom), Kitchenette and kitchen, second bedroom definitely will have one queen bed and one double sleeper sofa, two separate telephones (one in the one bedroom portion, one in the studio portion), at least two balconies ( could be two small balconies)
