BCV Laundry Room

Can anyone tell me where the laundry room is for DVC members at the BCV? Is it free to DVC members? TIA

It is on the 4th floor and yes free to those staying at BCV.

We usually have one of us run up to see if the machines in the laundry room are empty and call our room so the other person brings the laundry. There are two washers and two dryers.

It"s across from Room 414. It seemed to be used very little when we were there in April.

keep this info in mind. When we stayed at a studio at BCV last summer, I called the front desk for help locating this info with no luck. The resort map they give you does not provide this info. I walked down there to ask and the first CM I asked had no idea either. I was told it was by the pools. I looked all over the property for it and came back to the front desk again for the info. I was then told it was by the pools. I had to ask them to ask another CM who had to ask yet another CM who finally had the right answer.
