Yes, his name is Art. He retired in Oct.

Does the BC have a new greeter (not that anyone could ever replace Art... )

I don't know if they have filled that position at BC. The original greeter at OKW retired years ago, and there has been no replacement that I know of. I think as the existing greeters retire, they are not filling the positions.

There are still wonderful greeters at the BC. TeenaS who is on the DIS usually greets on Sunday and Monday so meets lots of DVCers. She posts great updates on the Y&BC/BCV on the Y&BC FAQ on the resort forum and is a lovely lady. Woody is another great CM who is a greeter at times. I think he's at both Y&B Club sides. There is at least one more gentleman whose name escapes me at the moment who greets. They are all wonderfully friendly in the tradition of Art.

BTW, you might spy Art at the BC even though he's retired. Twice since his retirement, I've seen him visiting his CM friends.

UGH! I was so looking forward to actually meeting him! We always stay at OKW, but I was gonna make a special trip over to meet Art.
