BC Pools question

While the DH is running the computers for his company's seminar, I'll be having a little solo mini-break at the BC. No big park plans, just me, the pool, and a couple of books (and the odd jaunt to R&C for a pint!).

My question is this - is there an area of the BC pool that is a little quieter than others? I don't mind "normal" kid-play noise, but I'd rather not be in the center of general mayhem.

All together, now - three cheers for DH's firm for picking WDW for their seminar!!

Sounds like you might appreciate one of the quiet pools at the YC/BC more than the main feature pool (Storm-Along-Bay). There are two quiet pools - one on the YC side and one on the BC side. These are just standard pools (no slide) and are often almost deserted. IMHO, they are perfect for relaxing with a good book and something cool to drink.

If you are going after July1, there will also be a new pool near the BCV. This pool will not have a slide either, but I'm not sure how "noisy/crowded" it may turn out to be.

Enjoy your trip!

I second the suggestion for either the YC/BC/BCV quiet pools. The SAB area can be pretty noisy. However, there is an area on top of the tube rental shop that overlooks the pool and has some chairs. There won't be anyone running around up there, and it is more secluded. Otherwise, inbetween the lazy river section and the shallow beach area there is an area of tables and chairs that might be good for you.:):D:)
