BC or BCV?

We are trying to decide between a standard room at the Beach Club and a studio at Beach Club Villas. From what I can tell, the rooms are very similar in size and layout and really can't see any advantages/disadvantages from staying in one vs. the other. Plus - they are the same price. So - can anyone tell me why you would choose one over the other? Thanks!

BCV you'll have a kitchenette... microwave, fridge/freezer combo, coffee maker, etc.

Don't know if that is something you want... but something to consider at least!

The bedding is the biggest difference to me. Studios have one queen and a sleeper sofa which is of a newer design...no bar.

BC rooms have two queens and some have a daybed. Some rooms have two doubles but I don't think that many.

The studio arrangement gives you more space during the day with the sofa. BC offers more "real" beds.

Also all rooms at BCV have a balcony or small patio. Some rooms at BC do but others have neither and still others have a tiny standing room only balcony.

I have had this same thought. To me it depends on how many in your party. If it is just 2 people or a couple and 1 child, I would go for the studio. It has the kitchenette and you are guaranteed a balcony. 2 adults and 2 kids makes it tough. The regular room has the daybed and then the kids do not have to share a bed.

Thanks for the information! It will just actually be my husband and our 18 month old daughter. She will be sleeping in a pack and play so we won't need more than one bed. I checked into a 1 BR at the BCV because it may be a little tricky getting her to sleep in the same room as us but it was too much money for my taste. I think I am going to try for the studio. I think it will work out better for us. Thanks again!
