We are BCV members, and really love it. I've often wanted to just take the time to sit and relax on those rocking chairs, the ones right outside of the main lobby on the porch, maybe to have my morning coffee. I think I might do that in April, if everyone else is still sleeping. So, do you ever do that, or do you have a special spot to have that cup of joe?:)

You certainly can do this. But, you may be surprised at how early some of your neighbors get up.

It is a popular place to sit and relax - although finding a good cup of coffee isn't the easiest thing to do (but that's another topic!).

Enjoy your stay!

I have a morning ritual while staying at BCV. I'm an early riser and love my first cup of coffee, I bring Dunkin' Donuts from home. I'll brew a pot and sit on our balcony and take it all in, enjoying the peace and quite while everyone is still sleeping, it's a great way to start the day.

We haven't enjoyed the rocking chairs in the a.m., usually at night after dinner before we turn in.

We leave in 20 days....can't wait!!!

Hey Pjb,
Skip the Dunkin' donuts. Right across the pond is the broadwalk bakery. They have some serious baked goodies. I'm mean way over the calorie intake for the day (your on vacation so they don't count).

Op,
This is my favorite way to start my day at Disney. I get up early before the rest of my gang, get some 'joe and pasteries from the boardwalk bakery. Then I sit in the rockin chairs near the YC and watch WDW wake up.

Thanks everyone! On our last trip, nothing was open really early for coffee, I was frustrated as I just wanted to fill my mug up and enjoy. I had to go over to the Yacht Club at their continental bfast place off of the lobby. I didn't take notice as to when the Marketplace opens, anyone know this? They'll have coffee:thumbsup2 .

I bring Dunkies too, I bring those real little things, like the 2 ounce babies they sell, they're perfect for trips. One of those lasts me about a week. I'll have to bring 2 this time, goin for 11 whole days! Ya, I go out on our balcony too, but I thought it might be nice to grab the mug and go down and watch that beautiful lake early in the morning on the rockers, niiiiiice.:goodvibes
