who were drooling last night:) We managed to get 6 gallons of tomatos pealed, mashed and on coking down now. Already added a few ingrediants to start saucing it up. Am hoping to reduce the juice by half tonight then start over wed with making sauce:) its smelling pretty good in here now. All I need now is to get the other half peeled, sqaushed and cooking:) We cheeted today and used the blender to liquify the tomatoes and speed up the cooking down:) I need to get to store, am out of honey.

Let me know when it's done and when you'll be sending a bottle up north. :) :) :)

should be ready to bottle some time thursday.. maybe.... the initial cooking has reduced by half already and now i gotta find honmey,, need a bunch of honey,, and no one locally keeps bees anymore:(

are the skeeters big nuff to pull wagon? we have a few here now that the kids are riding, ones a pretty fair saddle ride:) Need a few larger ones to pull the wagon and the plow though:) ( we live in the swamps of s e ark,, have plenty skeeters:)

Okay, Froggy, send a bottle my way...It won't take you long to get here...you can' t be more than an hour or two away from me!

Thanks for the update froggy. I bet it tastes really good. I've never had homemade BBQ sauce before. Sounds heavenly.:D
